DRAFT ACTION PLAN COMPLETION
The draft Action Plan has been completed. Public comments were collected from November 21, 2023, through December 13, 2023.
The Richmond Connects team is making final revisions to the Action Plan based on your comments. The final Action Plan will be submitted to the Richmond City Planning Commission and City Council for adoption in 2024.
